skills in the nursing skills lab , simulation lab , and clinical setting .

This course is designed to develop health assessment skills across the lifespan . It will include a review of essential mathematical concepts for fractions , ratio / proportions , percentages , medication abbreviations , measurements and conversions , reading medication labels , measuring amounts in syringes , and solving basic dosage calculations .
