and aims to chart their involvement in both support and resistance. Her wider research
interests include women's history within the subcontinent, and the relationship between
history and fiction. This project is based on a combination of oral histories and archival
research, part of which she undertook on an AHRC fellowship at the Library of Congress.
LIZZY TRAFFORD has recently completed her MPhil on Philip K. Dick at Keele University.
She wishes to continue researching feminist literary theory in her creative writing. She is a
published poet, but would like to collect her poems into an anthology.
