Acknowledgments

We would firstly like to thank the Research Faculty of Humanities and Social Science
at Keele for not only funding the project but for the staff who have dedicated their
time and assistance to the various stages in its development. We are particularly
grateful to Postgraduate Administrator Tracy Di-Piazza, for providing space on the
KLE and to Faculty Research Office Administrator Tracey Wood, for setting up the
journal web space. Thank you to Scott McGowan, Research Support Librarian, for all
his help regarding Open Access and relevant copyright information. We would also
like to thank those members of staff from the humanities and social sciences who
have encouraged and supported the production of this journal: Dr Tim Lustig, Dr Ben
