Cleaning the kitchen cupboards can be a daunting task, but a very important one.
As you remove the items, check the expiration date.
Start four piles - 1st is for the keepers; 2nd to give to someone you know who will want it; 3rd is for the items to be donated to a food pantry; 4th is the trash can.
Just like the advice given for cleaning the bedroom closet - if you haven’t worn it in two years - donate it. Same goes with the kitchen. If you haven’t cooked with it in the past 12 months, pitch it.
