The line work on the garments made from laser-cut leather, represents the different states of mind people find themselves in when losing someone significant in their lives. Line work is highlighted by leather pieces in intricate patterns. Grief is constricting, but over time we evolve and become more resilient. This is an evening wear collection using rich fabrics such as silk and leather from the confining of leather on the torso to mimic that of grief to the explosion of anger. Fragmented leather pieces give the illusion of movement across the body. 52 2018
