Tools are your friend to create any look you desire! A density of our smudger
brush is my favorite in our collection. Mary Kay Color is beautifully pigmented so
a little goes a long way.. Lightly apply any color you wish to the smudger brush
and gently place it under the lower lash line in a sweeping motion. This will
create a soft illusion of color adding impact to the eye makeup. Wahlah sultry
