Meet …. Chef Rhonda Beyreis
Chef Rhonda Beyreis grew up on a farm most of her life, her father
was factory farming in America and Canada. Watching her father
produce animals for food by creating a plant based regiment, she
realizes the major shift in the food chain and is now an advocate
for let thy food be thy medicine (Hippocrates).
She learned a lot about vegetarian life style due to the Seventh-
Day Adventist church which led her to also became a Vegan as
well as a Medical Missionary in turn she has studied the foods,
flare and lifestyles abroad in Egypt, Ghana, Tanzania and
Zimbabwe Africa, Italy, Guatemala, Philippians.
She realized the simple ways of foods in their natural whole state
gives and sustains life in third world countries. Diseases of the
western worlds is almost nonexistent like America. Her specialty is
recreating favorite foods into a vegan flare.
We eat with our eyes first she says, texture is next, flavor balancing is a must. Once she has figured
out how to use plants in the stead of animal products, she realizes that the masses would eat
healthier if they could understand how to and could still enjoy their favorites. Things have
changed in the way animal products are produced, obesity and Type 2 Diabetes is an all-time
high. Chemicals and the preservation of foods as well as fast food seems to be the go to these
days, she gives awareness educational health talks with food demos around the country to the
masses. She believes in sustainability and encourages growing food, even if it is in a container!
Rhonda also donates her time to prison ministry where she preaches the word and builds up the
platform for felons to achieve a higher self-confidence and preparation for their lives.
If she could serve and help change one life than Rhonda says she has done her job. As a wife
and mother, Rhonda enjoys quality time with her family on her horse ranch and traveling.
Keeping up on her physique, health spirituality and intellect Rhonda enjoys reading, exercising,
gardening, attending seminars and participating in civil affairs.
