Meet …. Kristin Gallant
“Prior planning prevents poor performance.” Kristin learned this
from her time in the Army and has integrated it into her daily life.
“Lists are my best friend and they allow me to plan each day
and achieve my goals,” opines Kristin. Kristin grew up in
Connecticut where everything seems to happen fast. Going
into the Army allowed Kristin to see the benefits of slowing
down a bit and planning. Like planning, The Army stressed the
importance of teamwork. Each and every day, Kristin creates
a plan and engages her team to achieve their goals.
This has served Kristin very well throughout her career as a
Massage Therapist. Kristin attended massage school at the
Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy. After an intense two
years of study and hands on training (pun intended), Kristin went
to work for a local upscale spa and after two years she decided
it was time to embrace the business side of the work.
She went to work for a chiropractor and over seven years helped turn the 15-patient-a-week
practice into a thriving 250-patient-a-week practice. Kristin was hooked. Her entrepreneurial
spirt developed and there was no looking back. Kristin wanted to experience as many aspects
of business as she could. She started buying rental properties and managed five properties; three
houses and two condominiums. During this time, Kristin met the love of her life (and the writer of
this article) and brought all her experience to bear creating an exceptional domestic life for her
and her husband, Jeff. After seven years of marriage Jeff received a phenomenal job offer in
Scottsdale so it was off to Arizona where Kristin was introduced to Modere.

environment. This was the perfect fit for Kristin. Her wish to heal people, via massage therapy,
