Working in the fast-paced world of healthcare in Phoenix I was finding that despite my incredibly fulfilling job something was missing. I have always found great joy in caring for others during their darkest times but was facing the ICU burnout.
I was presented with an amazing opportunity to partner with likeminded women and two Stanford trained dermatologists when I joined Rodan + Fields. Prior to jumping all in on this opportunity I was a skin care and Botox junkie, you name it I’ ve tried it! I truly thought that I had tried it all, well I was wrong! I must admit when I was presented with this opportunity I didn’ t know how I was going to fit something else into my already busy schedule.
After learning a bit more I was hooked on the fact that I could work my entire business virtually, on my time and didn’ t have to carry any inventory! These two Stanford trained dermatologists are the two physicians who created Proactiv and we all know just how big that brand became. In 2016 Rodan + Fields was named # 1 in premium skin care in the United States. This business for me quickly became so much more than skincare.
As my business grew I found that void I had been experiencing at my bedside career slowly diminishing as well as my need to rely on additional shifts to pay for all the“ extras”. Through this opportunity I have been able to work my business on my time and not miss out on all the special moments. This opportunity has afforded me the time freedom to be present and able to experience life with my favorite people.
