grind to a halt. The best way to avoid this is to draw up your hit list
and then focus on the number one task before moving to number
two.

point where you are better off doing nothing.
While a property that needs a lot of work will not photograph well,
there is usually a strong sector of the buying public that would
love the opportunity to pay less for a property and make their own
improvements.
