FOOD & WINE
Trekking cross country doesn’t mean
surrendering great food and wine. Each
day ends with big flavours and traditional
rustic style cooking using fresh regional
produce and the best of regional wines. It’s
country fare meets Modern Australian.
ACCOMMODATION
Hidden Peak Trail accommodation
is designed to be sensitive to the local
environment, while allowing you the
space and comfort to unwind after a day’s
ride in a combination of cabins and luxury
eco-tents.
SUSTAINABILITY
At Hidden Peaks Trail we feel very
fortunate to live in a land that provides
us with such abundant natural treasures.
The Trail has been created to allow an
immersive experience of the Scenic
Rim area, its landscapes, and its natural
flora and fauna. Our aim is to deliver an
experience that exists alongside and in
harmony with the natural beauty and
diversity of our local surroundings. Our
freehold land is managed considerately
to create a balance of natural ecotourism
experiences, livestock farming and nature
conservation.
