Stephen Bunting claimed victory in the eighth and final
stage of Dartslive The World after a thrilling encounter
with Hong Kong’s Royden Lam in the final that saw the UKbased thrower come from behind in the deciding leg of Cricket to
secure the ultimate victory.

Earlier in the event Bunting had also
defeated an in-form Christian Perez of
the Phillipines, whilst Paul Lim reached
the semi-finals against Lam, allowing him
to top the final ranking table and book
his place in the 2014 Ladbrokes World
Darts Championships.

BDO Turkish Open
Wales Captain Martin Phillips produced a nine-darter at precisely the right time, achieving
the feat in the final leg of the event to secure victory in the 2013 Turkish Open.
Phillips overcame Ryan Joyce of England 5-0 in the final, having previously secured victories over Sam
Hewson in the semi-finals and local favourite Sadik Rackel in the quarter finals.
In the ladies event Rachel Brooks of England overcame Gaynor Williams of Wales 5-4 in a tight final,
whilst Paula Jacklin and Rachel Brooks won the ladies pairs and Andy Chalmers and Ryan Joyce claimed
victory in the men’s pairs.
