Ian White was the second man to take full advantage of the
Quarter-Finals
absence of the top 16 from Wigan’s Players Championships.
The Stoke-based thrower overcame Andy Jenkins in the final Gary Anderson 6-5 Andrew Gilding
on Sunday November 3rd, claiming a second PDC Tour event

White began with victories over Keith Stephen and Nick Fullwell,
although the matches were not without their nervy moments. He then
went on to drop only three legs in victories over Magnus Caris and
Bernd Roith as he reached the quarter finals.
A deciding leg victory over Kevin McDine, followed by a 6-0 whitewash
of Gary Anderson in the semi-finals sent White through to the final with
Jenkins.
