Stephen Bunting’s domination of the BDO season continued at pace as he claimed the England Masters title with a 6-5 victory over Paul Jennings in a thrilling final. Bunting remains atop the men’s invitation table and looks set to head into all three BDO majors as number one seed for the second consecutive year.
Bunting dropped only one leg in reaching the quarter finals, notching up two 3-0 wins and a 3-1 victory over Yorkshire’s Tom Gregory before moving on to face Jim Willimas.
