Anyone who visited the Expo 2020 Dubai could not fail to have been impressed by the scale and standard of the pavilions . The standard , imagination and creativity beginning with the pavilion architecture , carried on throughout the design process as each told their own story was simply mind blowing .
Despite having three days there I did not manage to see everything , but feel I did see a good cross-section . I say that because some of the smaller country pavilions showed real innovation telling their own stories on a fraction of the budgets given to some of their larger neighbours .
We can celebrate the number of UK companies and individuals involved in the creation of this Expo . Of course , some of the companies are well know to us all , but as always within our industry , the creativity , engineering and innovations skills of British nationals , are always in great demand on the World stage , played a major role in delivering this Expo .
The time has arrived where we start to plan to do it all over again in Osaka , Japan . Expos bring their own challenges and excitement as each country aims to showcase itself in the best possible way . To achieve this , they depend on the creativity and skill base of our industry . This brochure showcases the best of British all well versed in delivering World .
