BHA Step on Track Programme
The brief from BHA ’ s Careers in Racing was to create an online booklet to promote a oneweek BAME development programme , aimed at those ages 16 +. The focus would not just be on riding , this would be an opportunity to see what is possible in the industry across a range of careers .
Launched just before half term and Black History Month , it became a fourpage online booklet with embeded videos . The challenge was to show inclusivity through the design and image choice , rather than having everything explained in the text .
We hosted the entire project on Joomag and created social media elements to help promote the programme . On the back of those initial promotions , Sky Sports Racing got in touch and became a partner , ensuring the programme will continue in future years .
