Unit 3 – Building Caring Relationships
Unit aim – On completion of this unit, learners will be equipped with the knowledge and tools to critically engage with power dynamics, build professional relationships, and support wellbeing in educational practice.

Unit 4 – Planning and Initiating Coach Learning, Development and Assessment
Unit aim – On completion of this module, learners will have the ability to plan, deliver, and adapt learning experiences and assessment strategies in authentic coaching environments, apply concepts of learning and inclusion, and use information gathered from practice to inform and individualise their pedagogical approach.
