Why have we developed it?
We understand that regulated qualifications may not always meet your requirements. Therefore, the CCE Learning Programme is designed to support and upskill coach educators outside of a formal qualification. It can also be used as a learning programme for the 1st4sport Level 4 Certificate in Coach Education, or as CPD to support ongoing learning and development of the current workforce.
What is it?
The CCE Learning Programme is designed to upskill the existing workforce with current, insight-informed learning and development, while also supporting new entrants into the profession. It promotes a more flexible, adaptable, and individualised approach to coach education, and seeks to diversify the workforce by creating accessible pathways for wider participation.
