Unit 5 – Supporting and Sustaining Coach Learning, Development and Assessment
Unit aim – On completion of this unit, learners will be able to support and sustain coach learning by applying motivational and behaviour change principles, identifying skills and knowledge gaps, and using action planning to guide ongoing development and assessment of coaching practice.

LO 2 Determine the information needed to support the identification of skills and knowledge gaps in coaching practice.
LO 3 Evaluate methods to facilitate ongoing and supported learning through effective action planning.
Unit 6 – Evaluating and Reviewing Coach Learning, Development and Assessment
Unit aim – Completion of this unit will enable learners to design, apply and evaluate assessment methods, tools, and feedback strategies that support coach learning. Focus on collecting and reviewing evidence of progress, identifying challenges, and recommending actions for continuous development.

LO 1 Critically analyse assessment methods to be able to design an assessment environment for coaches.
LO 2 Implement methods and tools to collect and evaluate evidence of coach learning.
LO 3 Apply methods for generating feedback for and with coaches that supports ongoing learning.

Non-Licence Partner delivery( using UK Coaching Tutors) = £ 2,100 Licensed Partner delivery * = £ 1,200
* Please note tutors must be onboarded( via Tutoring Principles- see 3c) to deliver, which costs £ 180 + VAT per person.
