As the lead agency for coaching in the UK, we’ve enjoyed another strong year, successfully campaigning about what it means to be a great coach. This review is, as always, a mere snapshot of the work that we do with coaches, our partners and the wider sport and physical activity sector to develop Great Coaching. From raising the profile of Great Coaching through our renowned events programme, to helping our partners create workforces that are reflective of society, and launching our L&D platform, UKCoaching.org that provides coaches – new and established – access to great learning, resources, events and opportunities. “ Our fundamental belief remains that Great Coaching changes lives because it’s about people supporting people to be better tomorrow than they are today. We want to make our world a healthier and happier place by positioning coaching as part of the solution to society’s problems.
