Many of UK Coaching’s partners identified
that to be better coaching organisations they
needed to articulate better the impact and
importance of coaching.
A wide-ranging consultation
hosted by UK Coaching
revealed a collective desire
for us and our partners to
come together to explore the
aforementioned; provide
peer-to-peer support,
and learn from a range of
practitioners. Governing bodies of
sport, Active Partnerships,
community sport organisations
and Sport England have all
benefited from the Group,
which has supported coaching
leads and managers to adopt
new methods to demonstrate
the impact of coaching.
And so, the Insight Peer
Networking Group was born. From the outset, the Group
decided that it would be for
partners, run by partners.
