A new venue for aficionados looking to enjoy a
fine Cuban cigar in pleasant surroundings has
just opened in the heart of Aberdeen, Scotland as
CASC unveils the cities first “Craft Beer Cigarden”.
Born out of a lack of choice and a general distaste
for the norm, CASC is an original concept bar
in the heart of Aberdeen’s Merchant Quarter.
Focussing on Cuban cigars, craft beer, Scotch
whisky and artisan coffee it aims to open your
eyes to only the very best and the most unusual.

CASC is a dedicated craft beer and whisky bar
in Aberdeen’s thriving Merchant Quarter. With
Aberdeen’s only walk-in cigar humidor, an everchanging Tap List of 24 draught beers, over 350
bottled beers from around the world and over 300
bottles of Scotch whisky - as well as a range of
quality coffees. It sound like everyone is going to
find something to love at CASC.
CASC, which has now been open for nearly a year
and half, has celebrated many successes having
been nominated for New Bar of the Year 2014,
organising and hosting Aberdeen’s first Whisky
Mash Festival and various Meet the Brewer craft
beer events. Now it’s the turn of the cigar fans to
reap the rewards of this thriving independent
business.
Their walk-in humidor is situated within the bar
itself making it a huge talking point amongst the
customers and is the only of its kind in Aberdeen.
Stocking a huge range of classic and Limited
Edition Cuban cigars on-site, and being lucky
enough to have a very mixed clientele, CASC
satisfies h serious collectors and casual smokers
alike.
In their recent renovation of their outdoor
courtyard space they have create a space which is
