PANEL BLIND TEST AVERAGE SCORE: 6.57 Dean Pullen, Owner of the UK Cigar Forum Rhiannon Williams, Midlands based cigar lover Average Score: 4.29 Strength: “Somewhat light” Flavour: “Very bad” Aroma: “Poor” Personal View: “Never smoke again” Comments: “Wrapper instantly flew off once cutting-was dry as bone and had to be removed due to constant unwrapping. First taste is of grassy mould - not at all pleasant. Burn was poor and all over the place. Taste evolved into a grassy moderate flavour which wasn’t too bad. Didn’t do much from then on. Overall I will avoid.” 21 CJ, Moderator on the UK Cigar Forum Average Score: 8.43 Strength: “Somewhat strong” Flavour: “Very good” Aroma: “Excellent” Personal View: “Great cigar” Comments: “I had a slight issue with the cap cracking when punched, and a hairline crack from the foot, necessitating small repairs. However, it was a great smoke from start to finish. This particular cigar was full of flavour with a refined, smooth, strength. It was very satisfying. I shall be interested to know the age of this one.” Average Score: 7.00 Strength: “Somewhat light” Flavour: “Acceptable” Aroma: “Average” Personal View: “Average” Comments: “Obvious blemishes detracted from the overall appearance. Flavour and strength were very mild and the aroma was on the wrong side of subtle. However it would be a good afternoon cigar, perfect for a long stroll, or a lighter after lunch cigar.”
