K - Year 1 Performance
‘The Secret Ingredients’ Production captivated the attention of everyone in our audience. The songs, the dances and the acrobatics all rolled into one dramatic performance. From the start with our Y1 sailors travelling the seas to find a cure for their sick captain, they come across people who were willing to give. Whilst landing in different areas of the world, America, India, Polynesian Islands, Africa, Israel, Ireland and Brazil, the sailors met various people and learned about their culture through dances and songs, and in return they received precious items for the great Shaman who magically saves the life of the captain. From our youngest two-year olds to our energetic seven-year olds, it was amazing to see each class’ journey of rehearsing individually to collaborating together to create the story. We thank everyone who was involved in this production but extra thanks to our Primary Music Director, Ms. Elena, and our Early Years Art Specialist, Ms. Cindy-Anne, who spent many hours preparing for this special day. The very positive feedback from our parents has given us the synergy to start exploring for the next year’s production.
