global Immigration Magazine hosted its
Dubai conference on Feb. 10 and 11 before a
packed audience comprised of more than 600
professionals who came to hear topical panels, meet
investors and network. Dubai has emerged as the world’s
fifth most important hub for high net worth individuals.
It is also a magnet for an estimated 8,600 foreign
multimillionaires.
The amount of millionaires within the MENA region is
expected to rise by 500,000 in 2020, making it a prime
market for the second passport, citizenship-by-investment
and residency-by-investment industry.
