In the 17th century, this scenario was the immigrant’s
reality, where hundreds of thousands would leave
their troubled French homeland in hopes of finding

Four hundred years later, the Province of Québec
has once again resurfaced as one of the premier
destinations for migration.
However, despite the province’s progression into a
cultural, economic and social diamond, many still view
it as the rugged formation it once was, not clearly
seeing its true luster. The Québec of today is accessible
through the Quebec Immigrant Investor Program (QIIP).
Many qualified individuals still have reservations and
misconceptions about Québec, leading them to consider
other immigration destinations. While the appreciation

THE WEATHER IN QUÉBEC IS HORRIBLE
We may excuse those who see Québec as the tangible
reincarnation of a snow globe, forever trapped in chilly
gusts and frozen precipitation. Indeed, even locals
sometimes share this feeling on a cold February
night. There will be cold days in Québec. Yet, truly
uncomfortable winter days are uncommon, and have
