加拿大
Canada, a stable Western democracy with a high standard of
living, offers immigrant investor programs. The country’s many
provinces and territories offer individual programs, including
those that target skilled workers, students and business
professionals for fast-tracked immigration. The rules and
quotas vary for each provincial program. The country’s national
Immigrant Investor Program was terminated in 2014 but
Canada still has a national Entrepreneur Start-up Visa Program,
which grants permanent residence to immigrant entrepreneurs
while assisting them to become established in Canada.
