As the global RCBI industry continues to evolve, this year’ s edition of Uglobal Immigration Magazine celebrates the strength, resilience, and leadership of the global investment immigration community. Across markets, industry professionals are navigating shifting regulations, heightened scrutiny, and growing investor demand while continuing to create pathways that connect families, capital and opportunity worldwide.
2025 proved to be a year of transformation for the investment migration sector. Traditional European leadership eroded as Spain’ s Golden Visa was discontinued, Malta’ s Exceptional Investor Naturalization( MEIN) program ended, and Latvia’ s investment route was abandoned. Concurrently, the sector was invigorated by introductions such as the U. S.“ Trump Gold Card,” Africa’ s inaugural CBI program in São Tomé and Príncipe, Nauru’ s climate-focused initiative, and expanded long-term residency provisions in Vietnam and Thailand.
In this special edition, we are proud to recognize excellence through the annual Uglobal Top 25 Awards, honoring leaders in two key categories: Global Migration Agencies and Global Migration Attorneys. These distinguished winners represent the visionaries and trusted professionals who set the standard for integrity, innovation, and client service. We hope this curated list serves both as a trusted industry guide and a meaningful recognition of those shaping the future of global mobility.
Looking ahead, we remain focused on expanding market transparency and advancing education within the investment immigration field worldwide. We are excited to celebrate the Top 25 award winners at our upcoming Uglobal Immigration Expo in Newport Beach this January, and we invite you to join us later this year at our global expos in Vietnam in March and Miami in August.
