Along with a unique learning environment that encourages creativity and independent thinking, JCU offered me the right choice of degree and variety of subjects to choose from. My lecturers, tutors and classmates were all very friendly and helpful assisting international students (like me) to adjust to the Australian way of life. Lecturers are easily reachable through phone calls, emails and with JCU’s international student diversity they’re experienced in teaching students from many different countries. I really enjoyed campus life here at JCU. There’s plenty of support and facilities available but in particular the social and cultural activities organised by the University was what I liked most. I had fun travelling around meeting new friends and the feeling of being in another new culture was a life experience I will never forget.
