As good as it feels to eat healthy, nutritious foods, sometimes I can't resist a giant bowl of carbs and cheese. Fortunately, I was able to save my health and waistline with this recipe, without sacrificing any of

the taste.

how to make it

I'm not one to stand in my kitchen for hours cooking one meal. This recipe should take no longer than 15 minute to prepare.

Boil the water for your pasta on high heat.

Place garlic in a pan with Olive Oil on medium heat. Once it begins to simmer, add the yogourt, broth, and margarine.

Turn heat to high until ingredients boil. Put heat on low, adding the parmesan and salt and pepper to taste. Let sauce simmer for 10 minutes.

Add pasta to sauce and enjoy!

- One box of whole grain or brown rice pasta

- One cup of plain Greek yogurt (I like Chobani)

- One cup of low-fat parmesan cheese, shredded

- One cup of low-sodium chicken/vegetable broth

- One tablespoon of margarine

- Three cloves of garlic, finely chopped

- Salt and pepper to taste
