Who we are...
Uganda Charity Trust Fund (UCTF) is a UK based charity established by Jaz
Karim in 2001. We are a youth development organisation using a combination
of formal education and sport to allow our young Ugandan members to
become highly skilled, productive and ambitious young people fully equipped to
compete and succeed in the workplace and the economy more broadly.
What we believe…
· We believe, given the chance, any child can achieve great things.
· We believe that education and sport, if delivered effectively, offer everything a
young person needs to fulfil their potential.
· We believe in a healthy mind and a healthy body.
· We believe that children deserve to play just as hard as they work!
Who do we support?
Regardless of religion or ethnicity, every child has the right to enjoy an education and the opportunity to fulfil their potential. We support any Ugandan child
who would otherwise not be granted that right.
