In UBC ASIA, we are a FAMILY bonded together through our love for Asia. We do a variety of social, academic and cultural events for the UBC community as well as career counselling for our Asian Studies students. Our highlight is the buddy program between UBC students and exchange students from Asia! UBC ASIA wants YOU because we’re active, dedicated and fun-loving members for the Vancouver and Asia-related communities!

To our new students joining us this year at UBC ASIA, I would like to welcome you to our community of friendship, career planning, networking, fun events and learning! To our returning students at UBC, welcome back to a new school year filled with UBC ASIA fun!
This year UBC ASIA has many new opportunities and events planned for everyone to celebrate their love for Asian culture. Get to know others who share the same passion as yourself!
We welcome all students who love Asia! (You don't have to be an Asian Studies Student to join!) So if you have friends in Science, Math, Engineering... etc. be sure to bring them to our events to join the fun!
