I take the pride and honor to congratulate the United Architects of the
Philippines (UAP) – Regional District A-5 on its Annual Joint Induction of
Officers and new members on August 22.
I salute the UAP’s endeavors which have been empowering its members
to become more efficient and hardworking professionals and even the
