First and foremost, let me congratulate you, Arch. Michael Fredick Z. Lazo,
the incoming Board of Directors, New Members and the entire Chapter
Membership of this glorious and momentous annual event of your Chapter.
It so unfortunate that iw ill not be able to attend your chapter's most important
moment due to my overlapping commitment. Nevertheless, let me extend
my sincerest appreciation for the kind of invitation I am so honored and I will
dearly missed the fun.
