CODE OF BEHAVIOUR FOR PASSENGERS ABOARD THE AIRCRAFT OF OJSC “ AIRLINE CARRIER “ URAL AIRLINES ”

1 . General provisions
1.1 . Travelling by air transport is considered to be connected with heightened danger level . Protection of passengers and crew members of an aircraft from the acts of unlawful interference in the activities of civil aviation , as well as ensuring flight security are supposed to have the leading place among the activities of the airline carrier and are secured with a wide range of measures , the basis of which is the implementation of the established norms , rules and procedures by all the participants of the air carriage process . 1.2 . This “ Code of Behaviour for Passengers aboard the Aircraft of OJSC “ Airline Carrier “ Ural airlines ” ( hereinafter referred to as the “ Code of Behaviour ”) have been developed and implemented for the purpose of ensuring flight security , improving the level of comfort of passengers , preventing the commission of various infractions aboard the aircraft of the airline carrier . 1.3 . The passenger ' s behavior aboard the aircraft and his observance of the established Code of Behaviour comprise an important component of ensuring the flight security .
2 . Rights and Obligations of The Passengers
2.1 . Any passenger has the right to the following :
1 ) to require the provision of services specified by the terms of the air transportation service agreement ; 2 ) to appeal to the crew members and to demand their protection in cases when his life , health or personal dignity is in danger ; 3 ) to offer own services in the provision of medical assistance for passengers ( if acceptable ) and / or as an assistant in preparation for a forced landing .
2.2 . Any passenger aboard the aircraft is obliged to the following :
1 ) to observe this Code of Behaviour ; 2 ) to present valid travel , transportation and identity documents before boarding the aircraft . 3 ) unconditionally to fulfill the requirements of the aircraft commander as well as to follow the recommendations of the other crew members related to flight security , such as :
• to take a specified in the boarding pass seat in the cabin , and if necessary , for the purpose of ensuring flight safety — in accordance with the instructions of the crew members of the aircraft ;
• to place cabin baggage and personal belongings in the specially designated areas due to the instructions of the flight attendant ;
• to fasten the seat belts when the warning display “ Fasten your seat belts ” is switched on and to leave them fastened until the warning display is switched off .
2.3 . For any passenger the following is prohibited :
• smoking , including e-cigarettes and other nicotine delivery systems throughout the flight ;
• drinking alcoholic beverages , except those offered aboard the aircraft ;
• using narcotic or psychotropic substances ;
• creating conditions uncomfortable for other passengers ;
• entering the cockpit and interfering the actions of the cockpit personnel ;
• creating situations that threaten the safety of the flight , life , and health of other passengers and crew member ;
• using electronic devices and means of communication ( including mobile phones ) during taxiing operation , take-off and landing ;
• damaging ( disabling ) the property or equipment of the aircraft owned by the airline carrier and / or take it along from the aircraft ;
• using rescue gear without appropriate instructions from the crew team ;
• leaving own seat when there occurs the taxiing of the aircraft , at the stages of takeoff , climbing , descending and landing with the switched on warning display “ Fasten your seat belts ”;
• committing vandalism that humiliate the honor and dignity of others , as well as committing the actions that can provoke acts of aggression on the part of other persons ;
• showing disrespectful and aggressive attitude towards other passengers and crew members ( raising voice , swearing at the surrounding passengers or insulting flight attendants , etc .);
• exiting the aircraft without the permission of the aircraft commander ( crew members );
• taking to the cabin a weapon or a weapon imitation ;
• to take out a pet or to open the cage ( container ) during the whole flight . The pet must be in the closed cage only .;
• photographing and carrying out video recording of the crew members of the aircraft and passengers without their consent is strictly forbidden . Pursuant pursuance to Article 152.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation “ using of the image of the citizen ( including his photo , and also video record containing his image ) is allowed only with the consent of this citizen ”. The passenger who has committed the above mentioned actions , at the same time not fulfilling the requirements of the crew members to observe the Code of Behaviour to ensure flight security and aviation safety , is automatically to be recognized as the infringer of this Code of Behaviour .
