The results of Michael Adu Kwarteng ’ s research have been published in peer-reviewed scientific journals and presented at international conferences .
Dr Alex Ntsiful holds a post-doc position in the Department of Business Administration , Tomas Bata University in Zlin , Czech Republic . In his doctoral thesis , Alex examines how technology adoption in performance management practices translates into superior per-formance in organization . He holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degrees , both from the University of Ghana . He is also a certified Professional in Human Resource ( PHR ) from the Human Resource Certification Institute , USA . Given his background , Alex research focuses on people ' s attitudes and behaviour in the workplace , e-performance management , and technology , and the future of work .
