SCOPE OF SERVICES UAB Home Infusion Therapy provides clinical and dispensing pharmacy services for UAB Medicine patients who require intravenous( IV) or injectable medications at home. We focus on:

• Providing education on the safe, effective, and economical use of drugs
• Providing quality health care products and services that support an individual’ s desire to remain at home for therapy
