20 QUESTIONS Get to know Dr. Michael J. Birrer 1. Do you have any siblings? Older brother and older sister. 2. Did you have a nickname growing up? In college I was given the nick name Heineken. 3. How/where did you meet your wife? Liz is a physical therapist and went to Ithaca College in New York, and the physical therapists at Ithaca spend their last year doing an
