The key is to be open. Allow yourself to follow up on what interests you. Make time to partake in the things that float your boat. Give yourself the opportunity to try new things. You may discover new happinesses that you never knew exist

In the morning, while brushing your teeth, notice three things in your life that make you happy. Whether it’s your loved ones, a fun hobby, or even a new toothbrush, it doesn’t matter, as long as you’re honest and sincere about it. Feel what happiness feels like, outside of a story. Where do you feel happiness? Is it a light and airy feeling in the heart? Is it a warm, inviting feeling in the gut?

What we focus on, expands. When we focus on the feeling of happiness, it emits a feel-good vibe. We attract into our lives the things that match that feel-good vibe. The more I focus on and feel happiness, the more I attract and experience it in my life. Now that’s a good deal, and I’m worth it. Look for happiness like there’s a reward for it. Oh boy, is there.
