My name is Jerry aka Ese Vala and I’m 28 years old. I was born in San Jose, California and was raised in Fresno, California. I started rapping when I was 16 Years old. I got signed to an Independent Record label in Los Angeles at the age of 22. I am very passionate about my music and I rap about real life situations that I have experienced in my life that I know people can relate.
What I am trying to bring to the industry is a new genre of rap called Chicano Rap and the reason I feel I can bring this style to the industry is because I rap in what’s called spanglish (Spanish and English mixed). If I was to win an award I would strive to win all the awards because I know what I bring to the industry is not like anyone else. I would like to start a charity of my own and also invest in a few because I love giving back to the community. The Artist I would like to work with is Chino Grande, Baby Jokes, Big Blacks, YBE aka Lil Yogi, Kokane and Precise. Producers I would like to work with is D. Salas or Kast N Fame.
