Q: How often do you exercise? Most TYWLS students don't have the time to excerise because they struggle with time management.
A: Although school work is important, it is also important to have time for yourself. It's neccessary to excerise or do at least a couple minutes of activity for your body to keep functioning and feel energized. In order to have a healthy and not so
stressful school life, I suggest you take at least 60 minutes of your time in your day to do something fun and energizing for your body and mind. Spread your 60 min. however you want throughout the day!
