Preparation
Now we are ready to add the stir-fry
into the pot. We are going to pour
water and salt and let it boil for about
15 minutes. Afterwards, we will add
the snails and enough water to cover
them, add some more salt if necessary
and continue boiling for 30 or 45
minutes.
