We will add the mashed potatoes and the other ingredients in a basin and we will knead everything until we obtain a non-sticky dough. Afterwards, we will make a round shape of the dough and cover it with a white cloth and let it grow. Two or three hours later, the dough will have grown and we will have to knead it again and make small balls of dough.
