Make balls of dough and start making sort of pots. Stuff the pots with meat, ‘sobrassada’ and (optionally) peas. Grab a piece of dough and cover the ‘panada.’ Make ‘panades’ until the ingredients are exhausted. Bake the ‘panades’ in the oven for about 45 minutes.
