1. Take the butter out of the fridge so it is not cold and hard. In a basin, mix all the ingredients of the dough except the yeast. The dough will be a bit sticky at first. Let it rest for 5 minutes. Knead at intervals: 1 minute of kneading (fold it and make it roll on the table) and 10 minutes of rest.
