Preparation To start with, we are going to put inside a basin the lard, the oil, the orange juice and the yolks. Then, we are going to mix them up until we obtain a uniform cream. Next, we are going to add the sugar and the flour and mix all the ingredients until we obtain a thick and pliable dough. You will realise when it’s ready because it doesn’t stick on your fingers.
