Now, preheat the oven to 200Cº. Stretch the dough inside a
baking tray using a rolling pin. Pierce it well with the help of a
fork. Before adding the ‘trempó’ on the dough, strain the
vegetables very well. Sprinkle a bit of olive oil, salt, pepper
and sweet paprika all over the trempó. Bake the cake in the
oven for about 30-45 minutes.
