Now in it’s 4th year - the TY
EXPO provides the perfect
opportunity for TY students to
Discover, Connect and Be Inspired
for their year. The event is the only
one of its kind and students and
teachers from all over Ireland
attend.
In 2017 the TY Expo hosted over
120 exhibitions, each exhibit
showcased a different and unique
TY opportunity.
In addition to exhibits there were
demonstrations and presentations,
each focused on sharing
information, experiences and skills.
Teachers find the event
particularly useful, not only in
preparing their students for the year
but also to acquaint, or re-acquaint,
themselves with all of the people
and organisations involved in TY.
TY EXPO 2018 will be un-missable.

Organisers are moving the TY
EXPO 2018 to it’s new home in
Blanchardstown in September
2018. The move comes after
much planning and analysis
and is a major step in the
development of this annual
event.
! “We were always adamant that
the event should remain
outside Dublin” says Amanda
Landzaad from TYI. “We felt
that, symbolically, it should
not be ‘yet-another Dublin
event’ and rather develop as a
National event.
