services we offer: PCA Methods ASBLT D3 offers 4 main methods to determing the condition of your property. 1) VISUAL OBSERVATION We incorporate a systematic visual observation format to focus on both the obvious and less obvious building condition issues. Our visual observation covers the building components looking for evidence of deterioration, aging or failure of building components or systems. 2) THERMAL IMAGING During the visual observation tasks, we will utilize infrared imaging technology to provide a variety of thermographic views of the building systems. 3) DOCUMENTATION Our PCA visual observations and thermal imaging documents existing conditions in a written and photographic report. 4) PCA EVALUATION LEVELS Depending on size of the building and the extent of required services, a PCA can be as simple as a visual walk through with a verbal report, or as extensive as a full report with a capital expenditure forecast with life cycle costs.
