The building is located in the Sector 3-417 Av. La Dehesa Sec
U.E north, on a plot of land that runs along the Av / Madrid
(corner) and returns to Av / La Dehesa. It is divided into two
blocks that are constructively independent from the ground
floor to the second floor and with two parking basements
and general storerooms for the entire building. According to
the regulations, there are designed ground floor plus two
and housing always with housing condition, two floors
below ground that house the parking spaces and premises of
facilities.
The communication cores of each block are arranged in such
a way that they reduce as much as possible the access
routes to the houses. In the homes, 9 different types, the
reduction of non-useful circulation routes, such as the
corridors, is also prioritized, placing the common areas of
the house.
